I’m Greg Lioz — a system architect, IT expert, and technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of professional experience in infrastructure, system management, and cybersecurity.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with some of Israel’s leading enterprises, building reliable IT environments that combine innovation, security, and operational excellence.

For me, technology is not just a profession —
it’s a calling. I believe in creating intelligent, stable, and secure systems that empower people and organizations to work confidently and efficiently.

Over the years, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience in system administration, network infrastructure, service management, and enterprise IT operations.
I’ve held key technical positions and led large-scale integration projects across multiple sectors in Israel’s tech industry:

• 🔹 System Administrator – Sunny Electronics
  Maintained IT and communication systems, managed business client support, supervised hardware operations, and ensured system stability and continuity.

• 🔹 Information Systems Manager – Dynamics Cellular
  Managed data and server infrastructures, monitored internal networks, and led large-scale IT projects in service and retail environments.
  Oversaw process automation, digital transformation, and performance optimization initiatives.

• 🔹 System Administrator & Service Manager – Matrix
  Responsible for maintaining and managing CRM and ERP systems across internal and external environments.
  Led service desk operations, managed client relationships, and coordinated between end-users and internal System & Helpdesk teams.
  Drove continuous improvement through proactive monitoring, issue analysis, and system enhancement projects to ensure seamless uptime and user satisfaction.

My background in design and visualization was developed during my military service,
where I worked on technical design and visual communication — a skill that continues to influence my creative and analytical approach to technology today.
